Bringing FOCUS on POSITIVE THINKING!

Nowadays its normal to think negative in almost every situation. Do you think is it really being NORMAL?

It happened with me too, as I wasn't able to imagine any situation positively. But you can definitely learn to turn the way of your thinking. The related process is although simple, but it takes time and consistent practice, as you are creating a new habit after all!

So how can we do this, and am gonna tell you some of the steps I tried to help myself do the change and that are as following:


  • Check yourself:  Take out some time from your daily routine and have a look on the way and what are you thinking. Evaluation of yourself will make you realize what and where are you going out of the way. If you find your way is negative then, try looking for the way to put a positive spin on them.

  •  Follow healthy lifestyle:  Whenever talking about being healthy, the idea that stuck to our mind is of EXERCISING, isn't it? So do aim and decide to exercise for atleast 30 minutes everyday and it can positively affect your mood and reduces stress. And never forget to take a healthy diet which helps in fueling your mind and body.


  • Try surrounding yourself with positive people: This criteria is, the most important step in anyone's life as it can build and/or destroys your life. No one can deny the fact that you can never live your life alone, without having any support ( am not saying as financial status) may be it some or the other point in your life. People rather than being more mentally strong they are emotionally weak, so make sure you keep or allow those in your life that too have or are finding positive aspects in or around so that you can get helpful advice and feedback.


  • Make yourself more open to life: Try to give yourself permission to smile and lough loudly in any situation of your life, especially during your difficult times. Its easy to say this, I know, but then tell me, Can you change that situation? If yes, they why worrying, and if not, then why are you even bothered about it.

  Smile at your life, you will feel less stressed. And think positive, so that wonderful happenings can attract you.
