Being a student from science background I always wondered and thought it to be the property of genes that makes us the kind of person we are or the way we think. Nowadays its normal to think negative in almost every situation. Do you think is it really being NORMAL? It happened with me too, as I wasn't able to imagine any situation positively. But you can definitely learn to turn the way of your thinking. The related process is although simple, but it takes time and consistent practice, as you are creating a new habit after all! So how can we do this, and am gonna tell you some of the steps I tried to help myself do the change and that are as following: Check yourself:   Take out some time from your daily routine and have a look on the way and what are you thinking.
