HOW CAN YOU TRAIN YOUR MIND TO THINK POSITIVE?
Does your brain produces HAPPY or unhappy thoughts?
Being a student from science background I always wondered and thought it to be the property of genes that makes us the kind of person we are or the way we think. But that's not the whole story fortunately. We are so fed up and preoccupied with our current status and our ability to resist the changes that we forget that we have power to become the type of person we want to. Now, who is not looking to be happy?
Based on my experience and also from the researchers report, there are some of the methods you can used to train your mind and thoughts to think HAPPY:

This is because most of the people actually don't know, HOW TO REACT TO CRITICISM, IS A HABIT - A THINKING HABIT.
There are many people who take it personally and feel unhappy about it habitually, likewise there are many that too habitually indifferent to all such criticism and they keep being happy. It's not just the criticism only it's true for almost everything: how you react to your compliments; your reaction to bad drivers; or while you feel threatened or taken advantage of. So, by actively choosing different thoughts, you can train and reinforce the habit of thinking positively and side by side decreases the habit of negative thinking.
But what and how can manage in the situation which is already negative? Does this indicate that you should deny the truth? The answer is, of-course NOT!
If I say "I am not at all fit" - it's a negative thought that bring in a bad feelings.
"Although being unfit I am exercising daily and getting better everyday" - Do you found out the difference, although started with negative thoughts but twisted it in the positive thought. Being the second step more closer to the happiness, isn't it?
So here "BUT" is a magical word as it keeps your thoughts realistic side by side also not making you unhappier!
Thereby just adding a harmless BUT to each and every negative thoughts which your brain produces, you could change or replace or transform all the negative thoughts into the positive ones. And this is how you can transform all your unhappiness into happiness!
So do identify your positive thoughts that can turn into a positive one with the use of the magical word "but" now and starting turning your brain to be happy from today itself.
