May it be scientifically or psychologically, speaking there are lots of proof that shows that our mindset and our thoughts are directly linked to the effect in our life. An example for this could be, with a proven fact that the simple act of smiling actually releases NEUROTRANSMITTERS like DOPAMINE, ENDORPHINS and SEROTONIN in your blood which makes you happier.
